Who you are buying from
This site is run by AIFA SCENTIQUE INDIA, 9/19 Buddhi Sahib Street, Maskanchavadi, George Town, Chennai 600001, Tamil Nadu, India. These terms apply to every order placed on it.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at a wrong price, we will contact you and refund anything you paid for it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
We ship across India. Orders usually leave our Chennai store within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery time depends on your pincode. Details are in our shipping and returns policy.
Returns
Fragrance is a personal-care product, so sealed bottles can be returned only while their outer seals are intact. Please contact us before opening a bottle if you are unsure about it.
About our fragrances
Scent develops differently on every skin, and the colour of natural oils can vary between batches. Where we describe a fragrance as inspired by another, that describes its scent direction only. AIFA SCENTIQUE is not affiliated with those brands.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Keep that number up to date, and do not share your codes with anyone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction.
